                          BOARD SECRETARY DUTIES (POLICY)

The secretary shall act as Secretary of all meetings of the Board of Trustees and shall 
keep the minutes thereof in the proper book or books to be provided for that purpose, 
and all minutes will be certified by the Secretary. He shall see that the reports, 
statements and other documents required by law are properly kept and filed; and he 
shall, in general perform all the duties incident to the office of the Secretary and such 
other duties as may from, time to time, be assigned to him by the Board of Trustees or 
the President. The Secretary will be provided clerical assistance to perform his duties.
