                                       AUTHORITY OF POLICY MANUAL (POLICY)

     1.  The Policy Manual has been approved by the Board of Trustees. Any staff member or local Board member who
         does not follow these policies or procedures indicated as official will be subject to reprimand by the
         President and board of Trustees.

     2.  The office of the President of OLC shall be responsible for maintaining the Policy Manual in an updated
         form, and for making changes in those policies and procedures designated official in accordance with the
         new Board of Trustees resolution.

     3.  The President, on his own authority, may add, or delete administrative procedures contained in the policy
         manual. Dissemination of changes and additions should follow the Policy Dissemination Procedure 23-008:
         Description of Copies.
