Policy Revision and Updating Any revisions of policy or establishment of new policy that the Board of Trustees determines should properly be included in the Manual shall observe the following procedure: a. The College President shall be responsible for bringing requests from the staff regarding policy changes to the Board’s attention as well as recommending policy changes that he deems desirable. b. Policy changes or additions are to be formally adopted by the Board of Trustees through resolution with the effective date indicated. c. Policy dissemination shall follow the procedure outlined in 23-008 of this policy manual.
