BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MANAGEMENT (POLICY)
 
District Facilities, Maintenance and Operation
 
1.   Unless otherwise directed by the local board, the center director is responsible for 
     facility maintenance and operations including:
 
a.   Arrangement for, and payment of, all utilities, including telephone. 
 
b.   Arrangement for, and payment of, all necessary repairs and improvements as 
     approved by the Local or main Board 
 
c.   Provisions for the care and security of the building and equipment, including 
     maintenance and inventory. (See 43-005) 
 
d.   Provisions for the opening and closing of the center as required for classes and other     
     events. 
 
2.   District Center facility insurance shall be handled by the central business office.
