Student Statements

Student statements are no longer mailed to the students. It is the student's responsibility to view their statement on Jenzabar as of November 2008.

Instructions for viewing your statement on Jenzabar:

  • Log onto Jenzabar with your user ID and password. (E-mail jenzabar@olc.edu if you do not know your user ID# and password).
  • Click the Finance tab
  • Click Course and Fee Statement
  • Click Generate my course and fee statement
  • Click View my course and fee statement

If you have beginning balance, this is an old receivable from a previous semester. Please contact our office if you need more information on the previous semester balance.

All awards are posted to your account the week they will be paid out. le: Pell, Higher Ed, Scholarships, FSEOG, ect.
